für die lieben leute bei der zitty und ihre liebe kolummne über die lieben kinder. lieb!

für I LOVE JAPAN (link) habe ich eine zeichnung gemacht. das wir dann, zusammen mit arbeiten von anderen illustratoren und künstlern, als buch gebunden und an kinder in japan gegeben, die von dem erdbeben und dem tsunami betroffen sind. immer gerne und weiter so, liina!

mumpelmonster has his own weekly comic-series in a few papers in germany. i completely forgot to post it here... all comics explain a job and are 100% autobiographic!

for schulen fuer haiti, a chairity-organisation founded by alissa and janin, we created a 28-paged childrensbook. soon published on the mumpelmonster website.

for zitty: three illustrations, describing the wonderful ages of children: killer-baby (blogged below), the-question-age and the i-need-money-teenager.


mumpelmonster is now in a few (soon more) magazines to explain different jobs. this time: schornsteinfeger!

oh, and also my son was born two weeks ago. jakob is a nice and friendly baby. i am truly the happiest man on earth (if only summer would last for ever!)

the new mumpelmonster (#13) is in stores (for free) now. and i drew this gorilla with 135 lines to symbolize the hair.

mumpelmonster #12 just came out. two astronauts without drivers-licence are discovering new worlds in outterspace and saving strange life-forms from vacuumcleaners. as always...

jipiie! the tenth mumpelmonster booklett is going to the printer today! its been two years now. great great fun. i truly giggle all the time while drawing them...

the newest mumpelmonster-booklett is at the printshop and will soon be in stores. the story is about how the kids all want to use the same swing at the same time and how they then come up with contests to see who gets to swing first...

owlright! whenever i dont post stuff on my blog, its not because i dont work but because i work too much.
i almost finished 100 illustrations for a german car-manufacturer. i can only post them in spring. but it was a lot of fun and hell of a work. my wrist is making noises now.

oh. and we have a new office: schlesische strasse 12 in berlin-kreuzberg. together with a few architects and my bff (best-friend-forever. yes, i learned that at southpark.) luis.
